opened whose E.M.D / Exemption certificate & tender fee in DD is received
electronically. However for the purpose of realization of D.D., bidder shall
send the D.D. in original through R.P.A.D./Hand delivery/Courier so as to
reach Nigam Bhavan, Sector 16, TCGL, Gandhinagar. at the time of tender
opening or send the same through R.P.A.D./Hand delivery/Courier so as to
reach Nigam Bhavan, Sector 16, TCGL, Gandhinagar up to Dt. 17/05/2018
