RFP for Construction of 6-lane Vehicular Underpass (VUP) (1x20x5.5m) @

km.364+020 at Padmajiwada Junction along with Slip Roads under MoRTH
Identified Black Spot ID: TG-(02)-346 for the year 2015-18 on Nagpur – Hyderabad
section of NH-44 in the state of Telangana on EPC.

The Ministry of Road Transport & Highways through National Highways Authority of
India is engaged in the development of National Highways and as part of this
endeavour, it has been decided to undertake Construction of 6-lane Vehicular
Underpass (VUP) (1x20x5.5m) @ km. 364+020 at Padmajiwada Junction along with
Slip Roads under MoRTH Identified Black Spot ID: TG-(02)-346 for the year 2015-18
on Nagpur – Hyderabad section of NH-44 in the state of Telangana through an
Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) Contract.

The National Highways Authority of India represented by its Chairman now invites
bids from eligible contractors for the following project:

portal https://bims.gov.in from 23.05.2022 to 06.07.2022 (up to 11:00 Hrs IST).
Bidder must submit its Technical Bid and Financial bid at http://etenders.gov.in

Construction of 6-lane Vehicular Underpass (VUP) (1x20x5.5m) @ km.364+020 at Padmajiwada Junction along
with Slip Roads under MoRTH Identified Black Spot ID: TG-(02)-346 for the year 2015-18 on Nagpur –
Hyderabad section of NH-44 in the state of Telangana on EPC 1
and https://bims.gov.in on or before 06.07.2022 (up to 11:00 Hrs IST). Bids
received online shall be opened on 07.07.2022 (at 11:00 Hrs IST).

Bid through any other mode shall not be entertained. However, Bid Security,
document fee, Power of Attorney for signing the Bid, Power of Attorney for lead
member of JV, if any, Joint Bidding Agreement for JV, if any, Integrity Pact and
experience certificates apostle at foreign origin, if any shall be submitted
physically in original by the Lowest Bidder before issue of LOA by the Authority.
Please note that the National Highways Authority of India reserves the right to
accept or reject all or any of the BIDs without assigning any reason whatsoever.
