Notice Inviting Bid
Bid No. EPC/Notice/03 of 2020-2021 NHD/TC/
Construction of Proposed 2-Lane R.O.B. and its approaches in replacement of existing Level Crossing No.87 at
Udvada on NH-848B in Valsad District in the State of Gujarat.

The Ministry of Road Transport & Highways represented by CE (NH), Roads & Building Department, Gujarat State
through Executive Engineer, National Highway Division, Bharuch is engaged in the development of National
Highways and as part of this endeavor, it has been decided to undertake Construction of Proposed 2-Lane R.O.B.
and its approaches in replacement of existing Level Crossing No.87 at Udvada on NH-848B in Valsad District in the
State of Gujarat.

The Ministry of Road Transport & Highways represented by CE (NH) & AS, Roads & Building Department,
Gujarat State Roads & Building Department through Executive Engineer, National Highway Division, Bharuch now
invites bids from eligible contractors for the following project:

Note:- The estimated project cost is inclusive of all taxes and GST, no additional amount will be payable towards

BIMS Portal https://bims.gov.in from 01.09.2020 to 15.10.2020 (upto 11:00 Hrs. IST). Bid must be submitted
online only at https://eprocure.gov.in for price bid & BIMS portal https://bims.gov.in for technical bid on or before
15.10.2020 (up to 11:00 Hrs. IST). Bids received online shall be opened on 16.10.2020 (at 16.30 hours IST).

A pre-bid Meeting will be held on date 05.10.2020 time 12.00 Hrs. at the office of The Superintending Engineer,
National Highway Circle, 712-713, E-Block, 7th Floor, Kuber Bhavan, Vadodara-390001 to clarify the issue and to
answer questions on any matter that may be raised at the stage. Any amendment/Corrigendum will be uploaded on e-
procurement through CPP portal of NIC https://eprocure.gov.in & BIMS portal https://bims.gov.in only. Bidder will
be bound to follow all amendment/Corrigendum and are requested to check portal (e-procurement through CPP
portal of NIC https://eprocure.gov.in & BIMS portal https://bims.gov.in) on regular basis before the date and time of
submission of the tender.

Bid through any other mode shall not be entertained. However, Bid security, document fee, Power of Attorney and
joint bidding agreement shall be submitted physically by the bidder on or before 16.10.2020 (at 11:00 hours IST),

reason whatsoever.
