RFP for Construction of flyover at Identified Black spot junction at Ch.264+650

(Bhojlawa Junction), Ch.270+300 (Hadota Junction) and Ch.272+300 (Udaipuria Mod
Junction) of Jaipur- Reengus Section NH-52 in the state of Rajasthan on EPC mode

The Ministry of Road Transport & Highways through National Highways Authority of India is
engaged in the development of National Highways and as part of this endeavour, it has
been decided to undertake Construction of flyover at Identified Black spot junction at
Ch.264+650 (Bhojlawa Junction), Ch.270+300 (Hadota Junction) and Ch.272+300 (Udaipuria
Mod Junction) of Jaipur- Reengus Section NH-52 in the state of Rajasthan through an
Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) Contract.

National Highways Authority of India represented by its Chairman now invites bids from
eligible contractors for the following project:

The complete BID document can be viewed / downloaded from official portal of the NHAI
http://nhai.gov.in or the CPPP website https:// etenders.gov.in and BIMS portal
http://bims.gov.in/ from 18.08.2023 to 03.10.2023 (upto 11.00 Hrs. IST). Bidder must
submit its Financial bid and Technical Bid at https:// etenders.gov.in and
http://bims.gov.in on or before (03.10.2023 upto 11:00 AM IST). Bids received online shall
be opened on 04.10.2023 (at 11:30 AM hours IST).

Bid through any other mode shall not be entertained. However, Bid Security, POA for
signing the Bid, POA for lead member of JV, if any, JBA for JV, if any, Integrity Pact, and
experience certificates apostile at foreign origin, if any and other documents specified in
clause 2.11.2 of RFP shall be submitted physically in original by the Lowest Bidder before
issuance of Letter of Acceptance (LOA) by the Authority. Please note that the National
Highways Authority of India reserves the right to accept or reject all or any of the BIDs
without assigning any reason whatsoever.
