RFP for Construction of New Four lane Bridge (Parallel to the Existing Vikramshila
Setu) from Km 8+080 (Design CH. 0+000) to Km 14+309 (Design CH. 6+229) including
approach road 875m on Naugachia side & 987m on Bhagalpur side across river Ganga
on newly declared NH-131B at Bhagalpur in the State of Bihar on EPC mode.
The Ministry of Road Transport & Highways through Road Construction
Department, Government of Bihar is engaged in the development of National Highways
and as part of this endeavour, it has been decided to undertake Construction of New Four
lane Bridge (Parallel to the Existing Vikramshila Setu) from Km 8+080 to Km 14+309
including approach road 875m on Naugachia side & 987m on Bhagalpur side across river
Ganga on newly declared NH-131B at Bhagalpur in the State of Bihar through an
Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) Contract.
The Ministry of Road Transport & Highways represented by its DG(RD)&SS now invites
bids from eligible contractors for the following project:

www.morth.nic.in from 28.07.2020 to 10.09.2020 up to 17.00 Hours IST. Bidder must
submit its Financial bid and Technical Bid at https:// eprocure.gov.in/eprocure/appon or
before 10.09.2020 up to 17:00 Hours IST. The date of opening of online bids shall be
notified later on.
Bid through any other mode shall not be entertained. However, Bid Security declaration,
document fee, Power of Attorney and Joint Bidding Agreement etc if any, shall be
submitted physically scan copy through e-mail by the Bidder on or before 11.09.2020 at
17:00 Hours IST, Please note that the [Ministry/Authority/ Executing Agency] reserves
the right to accept or reject all or any of the BIDs without assigning any reason whatsoever.
