1 Four Laning

The Concessionaire shall comply with the Specifications and Standards set forth in
Annex-I of this Schedule-D for construction of the Four-lane of Project Highway.

SPECIFICATIONS AND STANDARDS

1. Manual of Specifications and Standards to apply

Subject to the provisions of Paragraph 2 of this Annex-I, Four-Laning of the Project

Highways shall conform to the Manual of Specifications and Standards for Four
Laning of National Highways through Public Private Partnership – IRC: SP: 84 –
2014.

2. Deviations from the Manual

Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in the aforesaid Manual, the

following Specifications and Standards shall apply to the Project Highways, and for
purposes of this Agreement.

However, the horizontal alignment may be improved further by best fitting radii within
