NOTICE INVITING TENDER

RFP for Construction of Major Bridge across Kundalika Creek between Revdanda to Salav on
Revas Reddi Coastal Highway (SH (Special) No. 5 in Ratnagiri District on EPC Mode.

The Maharashtra State Road Development Corporation Limited (the “Authority”) a corporation
fully owned by the Government of Maharashtra is engaged in the development of Coastal
Highway MSH-04 and as a part of this endeavour, the Authority has decided to undertake
Construction of Major Bridge across Kundalika Creek between Revdanda to Salav on Revas
Reddi Coastal Highway (SH (Special) No. 5 in Ratnagiri District in the State of Maharashtra
(the “project”) on Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) mode.

The Maharashtra State Road Development Corporation Limited now invites bids from eligible
Firms for the following project:

http://mahatenders.gov.in from 14.03.2024 to 30.04.2024 (up to 15.00 Hrs. IST). Bid must
be submitted online only at http://mahatenders.gov.in on or before 30.04.2024 (up to
15.00 Hrs. IST).

Pre-proposal conference will be held on 26.03.2024 at 15.00 Hrs. IST at MSRDC Bandra
office.

Bid through any other mode shall not be entertained. However, Bid Security, receipt of
online payment of RFP Rs.10,00,000 plus GST (Non-refundable) and original copy of Power
of Attorney, etc. shall be submitted physically by the Bidder on or before 03.05.2024 (at
14.00 Hrs. IST).

Bids received online shall be opened on 03.05.2024 (at 15.00 Hrs. IST).
