When 2 shifts are working, processing capacity will increase to 1,040 pigs or
240 head of cattle;
70 tons of meat can be stored at any one time;
Capacity: 11.7 tons of meet in semi-carcasses per working shift;
Output with trim meat – 7 tons per one shift;
Boning process: 20 tons/day; 2.5 shifts - 40 tons/day;
Own energy supply, water supply, heat supply and waste utilisation.
Semi-carcasses (pork of categories 1 and 2), large piece semi-finished products
(steak, tenderloin, loin, brisket, shoulder, ribs, knuckles, etc.), small piece meat products,
meat-and-bone semi-finished products, chopped semi-finished products, marinated large
piece semi-finished products, trimmed meat products (skin, fat, oil, etc.), by-products.
