This document summarizes several unusual human achievements including:
- The record for the most weight lifted by a human tongue at 12.5 kg by Thomas Blackthorne.
- The world's largest rubber band ball weighing 4,097 kg created by Joel Waul using 700,000 rubber bands.
- Anthony Victor's record for the longest ear hair at 18.1 cm long from his ear centers.
- Melvin Boothe's record for the longest fingernails on a male at a total length of 9.85 m.
- The most expensive commercially available sandwich, the "Quintessential Grilled Cheese" costing $214 at a restaurant in New York.

human achievements Secrets for an impressive and informative talk Most weight lifted by a human tongue
Thomas Blackthorne (UK) holds the record for the most
weight lifted with a human tongue, lifting 12.5 kg (27 lb 8.96 oz) on the set of El Show Olmpico in Mexico City, Mexico, on August 1, 2008.
I this achievement really demonstrates how strong are
muscles in our tongue. The achievement would be greater if Thomas Blackthorne's tongue can be researched by doctors to learn more about the capability of the human tongue and help with tongue-related medical procedures. Largest Rubber Band Ball
Joel Waul (USA) created the world's largest rubber band
ball, which weighs 4,097 kg (9,032 lb) and was measured on November 13, 2008, in Lauderhill, Florida, USA. The measurement took place during the 2008 Guinness World Records Day celebrations. For the ball, 700,000 rubber bands of various sizes were used. Joel began working on his rubber band ball in April of 2004.
This achievement/record displays the unique property of
rubber, it can be further researched by scientists and possible used to create new items. Furthermore, this achievement could be greater if the rubber was donated. This way, this achievement will be very helpful to everyone. Longest ear hair
Anthony Victor (India) has hair that reaches 18.1 cm
(7.12 in) in length from the center of his outer ears (middle of the pinna). Anthony is a retired headmaster dubbed "the ear-haired teacher" by his students.
I believe this record/achievement could be greater if
Anthony Victor volunteered himself to help research about the hairs in the ear. Longest fingernails (male)
Melvin Boothe (USA) holds the record for the longest
fingernails on a pair of hands ever (male) as well as the overall record for the longest fingernails ever, with a total length of 9.85 m. (32 ft 3.8 in). On May 30, 2009, his nails were measured in Troy, Michigan, USA.
I think he could be researched or interviewed to find out
more about the risks of growing nails that long and how is he able to grow it to that extent. Knowing more about the health risks of having long nails will be very beneficial to everyone. Making this achievement/record greater as the information we get will be very helpful. Most expensive sandwich
As of 29 October 2014, the most expensive commercially
available sandwich is the "Quintessential Grilled Cheese," which costs US $214 (£132.64) at Serendipity 3 in New York, New York, USA. The Quintessential Grilled Cheese is served with white truffle butter and the extremely rare Caciocavallo Podolico cheese on two pieces of French Pullman champagne bread made with Dom Perignon champagne and edible gold flakes. As a dipping sauce, the sandwich is served with South African Lobster Tomato Bisque.
This achievement really shows how price is greatly affected by
ingredients. I think this achievement would be better if the restaurant share how they make the sandwich and how the idea to make the dish came to mind. This is to inspire other fine dining restaurants to create their own unique dish and increase the variety in foods.
