It was nice to visit you at your office and have a detailed meeting regarding your project yesterday. 

Scope of the project: 
The project activities would include management consulting and technical support in: 
- Recipe / Product development. 
- Product portfolio development. 
- Management System support (streamlining of team, processes etc.) 
- Packaging materials and regulatory support. 
- Ingredient sources / supplier development/ Ingredient Specifications. 
- Any other relevant technical support as per mutual agreement.

Mode of delivery / Work‐plan / Visits: 
Final scope and work‐plan will be shared after the project is approved and all details are finalized as 
per  your  requirements  and  relevant  project  milestones.  We  are  treating  it  as  perpetual  retainer 
consulting contract. You can set durations etc. 
Mode  of  delivery  would  be  physical  sample  with  complete  documentation.  Visits  frequency,  team 
members presence and other details can be further discussed. 
 
Project Cost (divided in three different categories): 
1. Sauces (Per Product) 
PKR Rs.70,000/‐ (Rupees Seventy Thousand only) per month exclusive of all government taxes. 
 
2. Snacks (Per Product with a one seasoning) 
PKR Rs.50,000/‐ (Rupees Fifty Thousand only) per month exclusive of all government taxes. 
 
3. Additional Seasonings for Snacks (Per Variant) 
PKR Rs.25,000/‐ (Rupees Twenty‐five Thousand only) per month exclusive of all government 
taxes. Client  will  bear  any  transport,  lodging  and  air‐travel  /  travel  costs  for  the  visits,  and 
ingredients cost / freight in term of import for sample preparation
