One of the concems raised in the last meeting was ensuring the accuracy of supply and demand data of agricultural commodities in the provinces and highly urbanized cities (HUCs) of Region X. During the 24" Recovery Cluster Meeting on 17 August 2021 via Zoom, the LGUs were Tequested to provide the DA-X with regular updates of the supply and demand situation of agricultural commodities in your city. Daday of NEDA-X. Roll call and Engr. Nestor A. Lisondra, Chief EDS, PDIPBD of NEDA X, acknowledged the participants of the meeting and declared a quorum. Declaration of Quorum Call to order and Opening Message RD Mylah Faye Aurora B. Carifio, CESO Ill of NEDA-X and Chair of the Recovery Cluster and Presiding Officer, called the meeting to order and gave her opening message. RD updated the members on the highlights of the emergency meeting of the NMTF for COVID-19 on 16 August which focused on the health situation ofthe region. Despite the downgrading of the quarantine measure for Cagayan de Oro City from ECQ to MECQ, the health situation has not improved. Based on the rate of infection and utilization of health care resources, DOH-X sounded the alarm and reported that the region is currently at Alert Level 4 or the highest alert level. RD Cariffo also shared that DOH X reiterated its request for everyone's cooperation in fighting COVID-19. While the Recovery Cluster is Continuously intensifying its efforts to jumpstart the economy, itis also supporting the region's IEC campaign on strictly adhering to health protocols. The Recovery Cluster, in allits activities, always reminds everyone to follow the minimum public health standards and recognizes the importance of getting vaccinated as part of its contribution to fighting COVID-19. ‘Approval of the agenda of the meeting The meeting agenda was approved as presented.
