Appreciation itself plays a vital role in boosting the appreciated person's morale; it entails many
things, such as encouraging words, praising words, gifts, and many more. It may take the
staff, owner of the business to their customers, and many more. It's a two-way process (from
master to subjects and subjects to master); therefore, it isn't limited to one group. To understand
the significance of appreciation messages, we need to look at the various groups of people who
are appreciated; they may include but are not limited to these: employees, customers, and
learners.
Employee's appreciation
There is much importance attached to employees' appreciation. This task is charged to the
employers who need to recognize the value, quality, satisfaction of the services, and extra effort
increases morale, makes employees feel good at the work, and finally increases productivity.

Customers may be referred to as people who make positive progress of any given
business firm possible by purchasing the products or services offered by that specific firm; they
are the critical factor for any business's positive progress. Recognizing the customers' value
makes them feel part of the firm, and there is a possibility of coming back after the first
purchase. As a business owner, you can appreciate your customers in many ways that may
include; offering credit services to creditworthiness customers, reducing the prices of goods or

Recognizing the learners' efforts in their various study fields makes them feel good and capable
of performing even better. Appreciation is a crucial motivator to learners in putting more effort
into their books. Motivation takes two ways intrinsic and extrinsic motivation, and both are vital
to the learners.
