Service proposal letter

prepared for
Orrin Vincent John White

Dear Orrin

I am pleased to offer the following proposal of services to provide Orrin Vincent John
White and his partner (the Clients), the necessary arrangements for the obtainment of
a permanent residency permit in Mexico (the permits) with the drafting and the
obtainment of necessary documents required for that purpose following the legislation
of the country.

This proposal is subject to the acceptance of the client and the execution of the
corresponding legal service contract.

Background.

The clients are required to regularize the permits that they currently have from tourists
to permanent residency.

For such purpose, the clients must perform different activities as well as justify the
reason for their stay in Mexico, for which it will be necessary to prepare different
documents and procedures to prove it.

Such procedures are:

● Regularization of an expired document or to perform unauthorized activities.
● Temporary residence permit.
● Permanent residence permit.

Below is an explanation of each of these documents, the procedure to obtain them,

and our professional fees that will be charged for each procedure.

Regularization of an expired document or to perform unauthorized activities.

Allows foreigners to regularize their migratory situation for having been in the country
for more than 180 days or in the case that they want to carry out remunerative
activities in the national territory without having previously obtained the corresponding
authorization.
This procedure will be necessary to carry out the temporary residence procedure
(permission to stay in the country for more than 180 days and up to 4 years).

To carry out this procedure will be required the following documentation:

● To fill out the form to request a migratory procedure of regularization, with the
signature of the client.
● Letter requesting the regularization of the migratory situation, specifying the
causes.
● Passport, or official document issued by the authority of your country of origin,
containing at least the name of the foreigner, nationality, date of birth, and
photograph. It will only be presented at the time of the appointment before the
authority.
● Proof of payment of fees for the reception and study of the regularization of the
migratory situation, (this procedure has an approximate cost of USD 200 and is
paid to the Mexican government).
● Visitor's card that was given at the moment of entering the country.
● Proof of payment of the fine determined by the immigration authority following
article 146 of the applicable law. (This fine may be up to USD 450 and will be
requested by the corresponding authority once it has studied the regularization
of the migratory situation, however, we will try to keep the fine as low as
possible).

Temporary Residence Permit.

It is used to travel to Mexico, present yourself in the places authorized for

international transit of persons and your purpose is to remain in Mexican territory for a
period longer than 180 days and no longer than 4 years (it is required to have
regularized the visitor's card to perform this step.

Required Documentation:

● Temporary Residency Application Form.

● Valid Passport or Identification and Travel Document in accordance with
international law.
● Photographs according to the parameters set by the National Immigration
Institute (it is recommended to take these photographs in an establishment
close to the National Immigration Institute facilities on the same day that you
go to the appointment because these people have enough experience to take
these photographs according to the parameters of the government offices).
● Documents that certifies your economic solvency such as:
○ In case of the visitor without permission to carry out remunerated
activities, the monthly average balance must be equivalent to USD
1,500 in the last 6 months; or documents that demonstrate that it counts
on pension or monthly income free of encumbrances equivalent to USD
800 in the last 6 months.
○ If you do not have these documents, you should submit a Sponsor
Letter as follows :
○ Letter with a job offer on letterhead issued by an individual or legal entity
formally established in the country and registered as a trusted employer
before the National Immigration Institute, indicating the occupation of
the foreigner, required period, place of work, and data from the
employer's registration certificate issued by the Institute. Sponsor Letter
Or
○ Letter from school or institution of investigation or science, inviting the
foreigner to participate in an activity, including registration number and
purpose of the organization or institution; complete address and contact
information of the organization or institution; information about the
activity or project to be carried out by the foreigner, which must be
related to the purposes of the organization; duration or approximate
date of completion of the activity.

If you do not have any of the those documents, for the same cost of our professional
fees we can make the research of a Sponsor that supports the letter, however, that
could require an additional fee for such Sponsor.

● A document that certifies the legal stayment (the previous regularized

document).
● The payment of the corresponding governmental fees which cost
approximately USD 500 for the permit of 4 years.

Permanent Residence Permit.

Document required if the clients' purpose is to stay indefinitely in the country.
