WORK DESCRIPTION:
Price quoted herein include all necessary work scope as follows;

1. To Construct Four (4) Units of Road Speed Bumps LS RM 4,500.00

Mark, clearing of debris, patch and compact with asphaltic
wearing course including tack coat application. The cost include
all equipment and machinery such as milling machinery, power
broom, paver, tandem, tyred roller.

2. To Rectify Water Ponding Area on Existing Asphalt Parking LS RM 6,500.00

Lot (Only Agreed Location as Per Site Visit)
Mark, cut, break up existing pavement and cart away to
designated spoil dumping ground, clearing of debris, patch and
compact with asphaltic wearing course including tack coat
application. The cost includes all equipment and machinery such
as milling machinery, power broom, paver, tandem, tyred roller

This cost deems to exclude the following works;

(1) Any cost related to appointment of land surveyor and land
surveying works for leveling.
(2) Any cost for preparation of shop drawings, Traffic
Management Plan and any other related documentation.
(3) Any testing and commission related cost

TOTAL RM 11, 000.00
