Project Details
Title of the project: Recruitment and Development of Agency Partner Channel (APC)

Area of the Project: Deals in financial products

Description of the project in brief: In this project, we are going to recruit prospective consultants
by selling opportunities to them, who are Quality people for the Business Opportunity Program
and having good knowledge about financial products. For this proper training is given to all
prospect consultants with the duration of 6 days in which they also get some earnings and
rewards. Afterward, we have to monitor the business performance of this prospective consultant,
then we have to advise them to sell financial products and achieving revenue targets. Helping in
need analysis of prospect customers to a high level of customer satisfaction leads to customer
delight. We are accountable for generating revenue and achieving the target for the company and
after the completion of the task, we have to report to our senior manager and team.
