What activities do managers perform? 


The manager's function in an association is to propel, direct and screen representative
exercises to meet the objectives of the business, regardless of what size. Some of
manager’s activities are delegating work assignments; For instance, a creation director
sets up the quantity of workers important to meet creation objectives, keep up gear
and guarantee quality. Manager’s also evaluate the performances of workers and
provide constructive feedback. The manager’s part in strategic planning to set the
course for the association in every aspect of the organization. And employee
development is an action the managers takes part in to persuade laborers and
increment the ranges of abilities and gifts of laborers in the association.
What activities do leaders perform?
Leaders help themselves and others to do the right things. They set direction, build an
inspiring vision, and create something new. Their activities are creating an Inspiring
Vision of the Future, Motivating and Inspiring People, Managing Delivery of the Vision
and Coaching and Building a Team to Achieve the Vision.
Do organization need both managers and leaders? 
Without great management, organizations can be tormented with staleness and strife,
and monetary soundness can endure. Both managers and leaders, consequently, are
essential in an undertaking. Despite the fact that it is feasible for one individual to work
in the two limits, there are advantages to having the option to zero in on only one.
