A Phenomenal of Study

Introduction

This study was conducted on the belief that the findings may serve as starting point for
developing comprehensive school to improve the teacher performance and commitment to do their
task and duties.

This study is likewise design to help school administrator carry out their evolving instructional
leadership roles by giving them a ready source of authoritative yet practitioner based in information
about good experiences in performing duties as teacher in the new normal, negative experience
encounter in teaching in the new normal, and challenges and difficulties that affect performance as
teacher. This study is in response to the school administrator to analyze and monitor teachers
performances. It will likewise be beneficial to the teachers for they are recipient when it comes to
improve quality of learning through a modular instruction.

A. Research Question
1. What are your good experiences in performing your duties as a teacher in the new normal?
2. What are the negative you encounter in teaching in the new normal?
3. Based on your experiences what are the challenges and difficulties that affect your
performance as teacher?

B. Hypothesis

- what are lived experiences of teachers in performing their duties in the New Normal?

- What challenges are encountered by the teachers in the New Normal?

This research study is concerned only with the teachers in Sta. Maria Dao Elementary School
with seven (7) respondents.

IV. Methodology

This chapter describes and show the important consideration include conducting of study. This
design is deemed appropriate since it described the challenges and difficulties experiences in the New
Normal of teachers in Sta. Maria Dao Elementary School Catanauan District II. It also described the
negative encounters in teaching the New Normal and the good experiences in performing as teachers in
the New Normal.

Locale of Study

The study will intended in Sta. Maria Dao Elementary School Catanauan Quezon.

Research Design

The descriptive type of research will be used in the study. This method will be used because it
will analyze the response of teachers to enhance their performance in performing their task, duties and
responsibilities.

Research Respondent

The participants in this study were the seven (7) teachers of Sta. Maria Dao Elementary School
Catanauan II Catanauan, Quezon the researcher assume and effective result in conducting her study
through teachers as respondents.

Result and discussion

Based on study conducted by the researcher all respondents have their own experiences and
challenges experience they have their own reason and style they have different personal reason for their
different situation at the time of pandemic and new normal.
