Kindly prepare the documents which are written below:

1. Maintain a Daily Diary Report, date wise and also get the signature of your supervisor
once a week. (Write the work done by yourself on daily basis in the Diary.)
2. Industrial Evaluation Sheet month wise which is to be filled by you training
supervisor (attached)
3. Attendance sheet (attached) ( PHOTOCOPY to bring/ upload FOR MID-TERM
VIVA)
4. Two projects in the industry, one project to be shown in the Mid-Term training viva
and both in final viva. However you can do more projects if industry gives you.
5. The projects should be exhaustive, should cover mechanical fields (design,
manufacturing, FEA etc).
6. Training report to be made strictly as attached format.
7. Mid-term Viva dates will be informed to you.

Instructions regarding Mid – Term Training Report:

 All the students are required to upload a pdf copy in Google classroom, submit 01
copy (spiral binding) of the Mid- Term Training Report and its soft copy (in the form
of CD mentioning Project title, candidate name, Roll. No., Branch on the cover) to
Training In- charge/ Faculty member assigned for viva.
 All students must be in possession of following things while appearing for viva voce
exam.
a) Mid- Term Training Report according to the format mentioned.
b) Presentation (CD / PEN DRIVE) along with a Laptop
c) Project details
 Individual presentation time allowed 10-15 minutes + 3-5 minutes for discussion or
queries.
 All students should be in formal dress for viva
 Students have to bring their required supporting Software’s with them.
Instructions for Mid-Term Training Report:

1. Titles used in the report : 14 size bold Times new Roman

2. Sub- Title: 12 size bold Times new Roman
3. Text: 12 size Times new Roman
4. All text lines should be Justified and Line spacing should be 1.5
5. All figures and tables should have caption and proper numbers
6. References should be cited in the theory written in following manner
