1. Your Six Months Industrial Training has been scheduled from 15th Dec., 2018 onwards.
2. Joining / Confirmation Letter and Synopsis: You will be required to submit the joining / confirmation
letter giving the details of training to be carried out in six months before joining the training.
You have to submit (through mail) your synopsis for the industrial training (in the first week of Jan., 2019).
Synopsis must include the brief introduction of the industry where you carried your training (in 4-5 pages).
3. Submission of Training Progress Report : You will required to submit your mid-semester training report
of 15-20 pages (in spiral binding or by E- mail) before 5th March, 2019.
(a) Monitoring by the Faculty Staff : Faculty Staff will be detailed to carry out two surprise visit of
each student during the working hours of concern/firm/organization/institute in which you will
undergo the training. They will make the report of progress of training of each student in writing
and grade the student accordingly.
(b) Project Report : Each student has to submit the training project report in both hard and soft form
(on CD) containing training certificate from training manager (Incharge). Training report should
be of about 50-60 typed pages. Project report should be typed single sided using 12 point Times
New Roman with 1.5 line spacing and it should be hard binded not spiral.(check instructions
given on page no. 3-9)
(c) Each student has to prepare daily diary of routine work during training. (This is compulsory
and you have to submit it during your final viva)
5. Student is advised to ensure total sincerity, dedication and devotion towards the smooth and efficient
conduct of his/her training.

GUIDELINES FOR PREPARING FINAL TRAINING REPORT:
1) Students may use descriptive, informative section and subsection titles for the body of report.
Use the appropriate tense to describe the activity: "past work was done" & "future work will be
done."

Binding Specifications
Report submitted (1 copy) should be bound in Black colour (Matt finish) hard rexin binding. The
side/face of thickness of report should have the name of the student at the top, company name at
middle and month, Year of submission at bottom edge respectively (written in golden).
One copy of report + 1 CD (attached at the end of report) including MS-Word format, PDF format
of typed report and final presentation(in power point) for departmental library are to be submitted
on the date of presentation.
