Arrangement of Contents of Training/Seminar Report:-

The sequence in which the project report should be arranged and spiral bound is as follows:

iii. Certificate(signed by Industry Co ordinator)
iv. Abstract
v. Acknowledgement
vi. Table of Contents
vii. List of Tables
viii. List of Figures

1. Introduction (company profile)/seminar topic

2. Title of the project/assignment/seminar topic

3. Objectives

4. Methodology/ Planning of work

5. Chapters I, II, III, IV, V

6. Conclusion

7. Appendices

8. References

Instructions

Introduction to Company (may not exceed 4 pages including Figs.)

Brief Introduction to Project (may not exceed 4 pages)

Methodology/ Planning of work (may not exceed 15 pages)

Paper size- A4, 60 to 80 gsm paper

Left Margin-1.5”.. Right Margin-3/4”.. Top Margin-1”.. Bottom Margin-1”..

The reports should be spiral bound with cover page

(The work should be typed using following format on both sides of paper

Fonts: New Times Roman Font ...Size: 12

Lines pacing: 1.5,

Header Contents: Report Title. (New Times Roman Font ...Size: 9)

Footer Contents: College name, page number, Title of the Report (New Times Roman Font ...Size: 9)
 The listing of references should be typed 4 spaces below the heading “REFERENCES” in alphabetical
order in single spacing left – justified. The reference material should be listed in the alphabetical order
of the surname of the first author. The name of the author (s) should be immediately followed by the
year and other details.
A typical illustrative list given below relates to the citation example quoted above.
