Dear Madam,
I am writing to convey a sincere apology for the inconvenience I may have caused in
relation to the Written Work #2 score of Kim Danielle V. Cabrito of Grade 8 – Saint
Joachim (Session A).
The student was given a chance to retake the said activity, in which she got a score
higher than the previous one. I became too much reliant on my online class record,
because it already reflects the recent score she got, and because of this, I did not check
our encoding system if the score matches with my personal records. I realized that my
inaccurate expectation is a disappointment and again, I sincerely apologize for the
trouble it may have caused.
Thank you for taking the time reading this letter. Have a good day.
Sincerely,
Jenson Belando
High School English Teacher
