ALOE VERA

Aloe vera is a plant known for nourishing hair, healing wounds and skin care. This
plant contains substances such as enzymes, amino acids, minerals, vitamins, polysaccharides
and other components that are beneficial to health.
Aloe vera is a wild plants in places that are hot or planted by people in pots and yards
as ornamental plants. The leaves are rather spiky in the form of spurs, thick, brittle, with
serrated or small spiny edges, speckled surfaces, 15-36 cm long, 2-6 cm wide, stemmed
flowers that are 60-90 cm long, the colour of the flower usually yellow or orange. The leaves
of Aloe vera are thick, boneless, grayish green, contain lots of water and contain lots of sap or
gel as raw material for medicine.
The habitat of aloe vera is at hot air. The part of aloe vera that is often used is the leaf
meat that usually for medicine. Aloe vera has many benefits for diseases. The benefits are
treat constipation, help the digestive system, reduce blood sugar, treat stomach ulcers and
nourish the body. And aloe vera also has benefits for beauty, like prevent and treat acne,
eliminating black spots and spots on the face, overcoming dull and dry face, and also can to
clean the face.
Besides being used as a medicine, aloe vera can also be eaten directly and it can also
be consumed as a juice or processed food or can be applied directly to the skin. Aloe vera
also has a side effect. The side effect of Aloe vera are causes allergies to the skin, kidney
failure, abdominal discomfort, and electrolyt imbalance.
So, Aloe vera is a plant that live at hot places and has many contains substances. The
part of aloe vera that is often used is the leaf meat that usually for medicine, It has many
benefits like for diseases or beauty. Beside that aloe vera also has some side effect.
