From my Performance management is an essential part of management. Measuring the


learning, I performance of every employee will guide every leader of functional department
realized that… to give technical assistance and to intervention to every employee. Performance
management is also the indicator if the target set by the department is realized.

In every performance management it is guided with tool or template such as


IPCRF for PSDS, OPCRF for school Head and IPCRF for teachers and master
teachers. This tool will guide the personnel on what to perform in accordance

with their respective key result areas. The key result areas are the thing to be
target by the personnel to achieve a high level of performance.

Another feature of performance management is the plus factor in which the


service render by the personnel beyond its usual function as stipulated in KRAs
give extra weight like for example coordinatorship, speakership and other
functions.

With my All personnel of Department Education have its function to perform. The IPCRF
realization, and OPCRF are part of RPMS or result based performance management
what I need to system. Performance of all personnel are guided and well monitored. I’m
do next is… realization this performance management system can contribute to increase the
level of productivity and functionality of every personnel. This system will also
give assurance that all personnel in the department will perform according to its

As a new employee of Department of Education, I have many this to learn from


all the protocol of the Department of Education. This Performance management
give me a sneak peak on what to perform in the department. Furthermore, the
performance management will keep me guided to meet my key result areas.
