 OUR COMPANY

Formally a partnership, P & B Valises et Compagnie Inc. (P&B) was established in 1984 and later incorporated and registered with the Philippine Securities and Exchange
Commission on December 06, 1994 under the registration number: AS094-00011073. Primarily a manufacturer and exporter, P&B directly employs 180 craftsmen with a
subcontract network of more than 200 personnel. The administrative headquarters and main manufacturing facility of P&B spans a covered area of 8,000 square meters and
comprises exterior loading docks, staff housing, and a self-sufficient power plant.

P&B’s flagship retail store and showroom is located at Greenbelt 5 in Makati City, Manila. In practice, the retail store and showroom operates as a display venue for P&B’s retail
branding. As such, products labeled with the registered trademark “PRIZMIC & BRILLTM” are also promoted within the domestic market. Overall, P&B’s management maintains
confidence in the propensity of Asian local markets to provide viable business opportunities, given that other Asian companies lack the capabilities to effectively duplicate P&B’s
products. However, such activity, whether successful or not, has since failed to undermine P&B’s strategy of protecting its design and intellectual properties.

The scope of the exportation and distribution of products is world-wide with major wholesalers and retailers in the United States, Europe and Asia. As a result, contract business
with hotels and resorts occupy a large portion of production. Private label programs, on the other hand, are entertained regularly. However, P&B’s customer base remains
limited and exclusive to long-term relationships.

Monthly production capacity is pegged at approximately 3,000 units of furniture, visual display modules, and custom contract amenities. The lead-time for delivery is 60 days per
contracted purchase order. Moreover, substantial inventories of raw materials are warehoused within the factory premises. Conversely, imported materials are limited to what is
not available in the local market.

Manufacturing and processing is facilitated in-house with a fully automated wood craft department, a machine shop for hardware tooling and fittings (brass), a sewing
department, a pneumatically equipped assembly line, and spray booth facilities. Quality control and packing departments prepare goods for shipment.

Product designs are conceptualized both in-house and/or with the input of the client(s). The company endeavors to constantly develop new design concepts to entice its
multifaceted clientele and to keep its image exciting. Frequent sourcing trips – upon which management continues draw cultural inspiration – provide new ground for market
research, development, and historical connotations. All products are developed with the utilization of traditional and natural materials and adhere to sustainable environmental
practices.

Management believes that the conditions which currently exist in the international market place present the company with unlimited opportunity to maintain and continue
building a business with significant capabilities. As the P&B concept remains classic, the “tradition” will forever be its image and market place. Yet, this tradition is malleable;
fundamentally, it contorts to the material norms and expectations of the day. Which is then to say, tradition never goes out of style; granted, it may be old, but it is far from
obsolete; instead such tradition only gathers strength over the passage of time.
