JOINT AFFIDAVIT

We xxxxxxxxxxxx and xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx, of legal ages, Filipinos, and

with residence address at Brgy. Unidad, Cagwait, Surigao del Sur, after
having been duly sworn to in accordance with law hereby depose and
say:

1. That we are the same persons executing this Affidavit;

2. That we personally know Ludevico A. Rolona and Helen V.

Pagulong being our close neighbor;

3. That we also know that Ludevico A. Rolona and Helen V.

Pagulong are living together as common law husband and wife
for fourteen (14) years;

4. That they begot a child whose name is Cherry Mae P. Rolona and
was born on September 06, 2008;
5. That we are executing this affidavit to attest to the truthfulness of
the foregoing facts and for whatever legal purpose this may
serve.
