I am going to talk today about stakeholders…

My presentation is divided into 3 parts

To start with Internal stakeholders
- As you remember, occupational safety is one
of the difficult issues to solve, especially in
large-scale organizations., But in Unilever,
Safety issues effectively improved, Here are
some facts and figures, in 2008, decreased to
0.21* accidents per 100 000 hours worked,
down 19% in the 2007s
-employees get increase salary in order to raise
the living standard and promote them working
hard and produce more products.
- In Unilever, the average salary is from $50,000
to $ 90,000 per year for normal employees.
From this, it can be seen that Unilever's
employee support policy is very effective
That’s all I have to say about Internal
stakeholders
Now we’ll move on Connected stakeholders
-Because of the high demand in the market, so
we focus on accessing multinational markets,
including Vietnam.
-we can serve and supply the needs of
customers with a variety of products, one of
which can be mentioned as P/S, a famous
product protect teeth.
-Because labor and raw materials are very
cheap, Vietnam is a very attractive market for
us, so qualified and middle-income customers
are the main target.

Next: last part External stakeholders

-As a consumer company, user safety is always
a top priority.
-typically in Vietnam, Established Unilever
Vietnam Foundation lives of Vietnamese people
through fulfilling the needs of health, sanitation
and public cooperation.
-in addition, it also expands Supporting projects
to improve social life such as "Unilever Vietnam
supports poor women to start a business" with
a funding of 13.35 billion VND per year
-One more thing, For 2006, the total budget
funds by Unilever Vietnam and UVF for the four
funds cooperation projects is 35 billion.
Well, we've told you about External
stakeholders, which is also the last of three
parts.

That brings us to the end of my presentation
