Copernican Revolution

What is Copernican Revolution? Copernican Revolution, shift in the field of

astronomy from a geocentric understanding of the universe, centered around Earth,

to a heliocentric understanding, centered around the Sun, as articulated by the

Polish astronomer Nicolaus Copernicus in the 16th century.

The most informative and interesting to me is Copernican Revolution

because Nicolaus Copernicus ideas and theories about Copernican Revolution

started all studies about understanding of the universe and etc. From way back

Nicolaus Copernicus believes that the earth is spinning causing the Sun’s flight and

if the earth moved in a circle around the Sun that would explain why the Sun

seemed to travel across the zodiac but he was reluctant to publicize his ideas and

theories because the church might be denounced his works, so he kept his theories

largely secret until he was 70 years old he made a book about his theories, a first

copy before he died. Soon many scientists began to embrace his ideas in circular

orbits. And so many scientists like Galileo Galilei, Tycho Brahe and Johannes

Kepler proves that the ideas of Nicolaus Copernicus are true. They embrace the

ideas of Nicolaus Copernicus.

My point in this whole discussion is we are embracing the theories of other

astronomies and scientists to prove if their theory is true or not, like Galileo Galilei

did and the other scientists. And now 21st century many theories are proved true

but some of are is just a theory.
