Dated 23/02/2020 vide which you have been intimated that one seat of Scheduled Tribe category is
lying vacant earlier, I am to sponsor the next candidate in order of merit from the waiting list against
the aforesaid vacant seat for admission to BAMS course for the academic session 2020-21 under
Scheduled Tribe category subject to fulfillment of the prescribed eligibility criteria as prescribed in the
prospectus. The rest of the conditions as mentioned in our earlier letter dated 20.02.2021 are remained
the same.

Important Instructions:

1. Candidate is directed to report in person on 06.03.2021 at 10:00 AM to the allocated college as mentioned in the
Allotment letter along with print out of online application form and all requisite original and photocopies (duly
self-attested) of all relevant certificates/ documents as mentioned in the prospectus (as applicable) under clause
9.2 at page 17-18.
2. Allocation of seat is purely provisional on the basis of merit-cum-choices/preferences of the college based on the
result of NEET-UG-2020 as per merit-drawn by the H.P. University, which is further subject to the fulfillment of
the prescribed eligibility criteria as per provisions of the prospectus and final verification of original documents
shall be done by the Admission Committee of the concerned college.
3. After verification of documents by the allocated college, if the candidate is found eligible and medically fit, the
candidate is required to deposit requisite tuition fee and other dues as mentioned in the prospectus in allotted
college. For mode of payment of fee & other dues may be consulted from the concerned allotted college. In case
you fail to report on the above mentioned date(s) and do not comply with the instructions as advised above,
your claim for admission in the allocated college shall stand forfeited/cancelled.
4. If the candidate is not able to report in person to the allocated college due to COVID-19-Pandemic (Home-
Quarantine or in Containment Zone) he/she may depute authorized representative with documentary proof of
COVID-19/Containment Zone and letter of authority along with all requisite documents as per provisions of the
prospectus.
5. At any stage of admission process, if it is found that any information given by the candidate in the online
application form or in the attached/ uploaded certificates/ documents/produced is incorrect/false, the
candidate shall be cancelled and fee paid by the candidates shall be forfeited. The authorities may also take
further legal action against the candidate as deemed fit.
6. Merely issuing allocation letter does not confer any right of admission. However, the admission in the allotted
college is finally confirmed by the Admission Committee of the concerned college.
7. Candidates are instructed to carry their Masks, Sanitizers and follow all COVID-19 related SOPs as prescribed by
the Government from time to time.
