I don’t agree with his opinion. I have had many different jobs in my life and
the most important factor has always been money. For money, people get up
earlier, work out harder, and are able to do the impossible. You need money
if you want to take care of your family. When I am looking for a job, I always
think about the salary first. I have had many different jobs where the pay has
been good and the work has been repetitive and monotonous. This is not a
problem for me. I am good at learning anything. I just need the right
incentive. In my case, this incentive is money.
My script
I believe that motivation depends on what each person wants, if that person
motivates the money, for money that person gets up earlier, is resolved more
and i able to do the impossible. the motivation of ther people is to use their time
as they want.
but just as you need money for everything. when i am looking for a job, I always
think about the salary and the work class,
if I find a job that is based on the university career that I do and with a good
salary I choose it, but a very concurrent problem that now exists in Colombia is
that they require certified experience and for a recent graduate this require
ment is very difficult to achieve. i am recently graduated and i have had to seek
as a priority a job where I do not experience but have a good salary
