Michael Faraday was a physicist, chemist and inventor prominent of the nineteenth century, he

was born on September 22, 1791, in Newington Butts, Great Britain and he was the third son of
his parents. His family was very poor for this reason, Faraday started to work since he was very
young. He worked as a paperboy, but at the age of fourteen started to work in a library and
here also he was a bookbinding apprentice, in this place, he read many scientific articles and
books about the electromagnetism and others matter that motivated him to realize his firths
experiments, an example is the electrostatic generator that he made just using a bottle and
wood, also the voltaic pile that he constructed and used for realized different electrochemistry
experiments.

In 1812 Faraday attended various speeches by Humphry Davy about Chemistry. He took notes
about the information most relevant and decided to form a bit book with the notes and sent this
to Humphry Davy with a letter where he applied for a job in the Royal Institution of the Royal
Society, thanks to this, 1 year after (one year later) Faraday started to work as the laboratory
assistants and apprentice to Davy. Between 1813 and 1815 he accompanied Davis on a trip for
all the European Continent, In this trip, Faraday learned a lot about Chemistry and became
friends with persons of the European elite.

He was a physicist (fisisest), chemist (kemest) and inventor prominent in the nineteenth century.
He worked (Workt) as a paperboy, but at the age of fourteen started (startetd) to work in a
library and here also he was a bookbinding( bookbainding) apprentice (apprendis). In this
place, he read many scientific (saientific) articles (articuls) and books about electromagnetism
(electromagnetisim) and other matters that motivated (motiveired) him to realize his firths
experiments. In 1813 Faraday started to work as the laboratory assistants in the Royal
Institutionand he was an apprentice to Humphry Davy. In 1820, Faraday finished his formation
but continued to work in the Royal Institution. He met Sarah Barnard at the Sandemanian church
through his family and on June 12, 1821, they married. In this same year, he started to
specialize and focus on the electricity and magnetism fields (for his contributions to these areas
is that he was most famous). In 1824, he became a member of the Royal Society and the next
year replaced Davis as laboratory director in the Royal Institution. In 1831 started the Royal
Institution Christmas Lectures that were a series of annual speeches for children about
curiosities and advances in science. In 1833 he was teacher of Chemistry of the Institution. In
1958, He retired from the Royal Institution and went to live in his house located Hampton Court
where he lived for the rest of his life .
