‘WORKSHOP ON THE PREPARATION OF ENHANCED SCHOOL IMPROVEMENT PLAN
(ESIP) 2019-2021, ANNUAL IMPLEMENTATION PLAN (AIP) 2020, PROJECT
PROCUREMENT MANAGEMENT PLAN (PPMP) 2020, ANNUAL PROCUREMENT PLAN
(APP) 2020, AND MONTHLY CASH PROGRAM (MCP)

This Division
1. Pursuant to Republic Act No. 9155 known as Governance of Basic Education Act of 2001, this policy aims
to strengthen School-Based Management (SBM) by further devolving the governance of education to
schools, empowering school teams and personnel, expanding community participation and
involvement, and making the delivery of education services to the learners more responsive, efficient,
and effective through an enhanced school planning and communication process.
2. The Workshop on the Preparation of Enhanced School Improvement Plan (ESIP) 2019-2021, Annual
Implementation Plan (AIP) 2020, Project Procurement Management Plan (PPMP) 2020, Annual
Procurement Plan (APP) 2020 and Monthly Cash Program will be held on November 25-29, 2019 at
Mabe's Savory Place, Brgy. 1, San Francisco, Agusan del Sur.
3. The objectives of this undertaking are the following:
a. Provide technical assistance in reviewing Enhanced Schoo! Improvement Plan (ESIP) 2019-2021,
‘Annul Procurement Plan (AIP) 2020, Project Procurement Management Plan (PPMP) 2020,
‘Annual Procurement Plan (APP) 2020, and Monthly Cash Program;
b. Formulate the Annul Procurement Plan (AIP) 2020, Project Procurement Management Plan
(PPMP) 2019, Annual Procurement Plan (APP) 2020, and Monthly Cash Program by anchoring to,
the Division Basic Education Development Plan;
Present the crafted plans by cluster.
4. Participants to this workshop are all Secondary and Elementary Principals/School Heads, Coordinating
Principals, and Division Personnel. See enclosure 1.
5. The participants are required to bring laptop, extension wire and the needed school data in reviewing
the ESIP and preparing the 2020 AIP, PPMP, APP and MCP.
6. Lunch and snacks shall be served to the participants.
