The Department of Education exercises the authority over the operations of schools and institutions by providing education services to the students/pupils by giving classrooms that are conducive for learning, 2. Thus, there will be'a Two Day Seminar-Workshop on the ASSESSMENT OF SCHOOL FACILITIES on January 24-25, 2019 at the Division Training Center, Patin-ay, Prosperidad, Agusan de! Sur. 3. It aims to come up with a shortlst of priority schools in terms of New Building, Building Repair, School Furnitures, Electrification, and other School Fatlitiee The Shortlist shall then be scheduled for actual Site Validation of the Division Inspection Team to be Submitted to the Deped Central Office for funding under BEFF 2020" 4 All’ districts “must submit the following data through email address bissdagusansur@gmail.comon or before January 22, 2019 to wit & List of schools with buildings sites prone to flood and prone to landslide, Indicate Whether the school has a multi-storey building. Refer to the attached table format (Annex A). b. List of Schools with existing solar panel. The list shall include information like:School ID, Location, and State/Conditionof Solar Power System, Total Wattage Generated, Date Solar Systemwas Started, etc. Refer to the attached table format (Annex B). ¢ List of Schools with Classroom Shortage. The list shall be sorted according to Priority. Refer to table format (Annex C), d. List of Schools Needs Classroom Repair. The list shall be sorted according to Priority. Refer to the attached table format (Annex D) ©. List of Schools with no Electrical Connection. Indicate information whether or not the Local Electric Cooperative (ASELCO) Grid reached the school site. Refer to the attached table format (Annex E); £ List of schools with School Furniture Shortage. Refer to the attached table format (Annex F); 8 List of schools with Admin Building Needs. Refer to the attached table format (Annex G); h. List of schools with Admin Buildings Needs Repair Refer to the attached table format (Annex H); i. List of Last Mile Schools. Refer to the attached table format (Annex 1) J. List of Schools for condemnation or demolition (Annex J) 5. District Supervisor/in-Charge shall present all the consolidated data during the said Workshop. Presenter are encouraged to present actual photos of their corresponding priority schools. 6. Meals and snacks and the materials in the said activity shall be charged to INSET while the transportation and other expenses of the participants shall be charged to School MOOE and other subject to the usual accounting and auditing rules and regulations, 7.
