Thus, there will be'a Two Day Seminar-Workshop on the ASSESSMENT OF SCHOOL FACILITIES on January 24-25, 2019 at the Division Training Center, Patin-ay, Prosperidad, Agusan de! Sur. 3. It aims to come up with a shortlst of priority schools in terms of New Building, Building Repair, School Furnitures, Electrification, and other School Fatlitiee The Shortlist shall then be scheduled for actual Site Validation of the Division Inspection Team to be Submitted to the Deped Central Office for funding under BEFF 2020" 4 All’ districts “must submit the following data through email address bissdagusansur@gmail.comon or before January 22, 2019 to wit & List of schools with buildings sites prone to flood and prone to landslide, Indicate Whether the school has a multi-storey building. Indicate information whether or not the Local Electric Cooperative (ASELCO) Grid reached the school site. Meals and snacks and the materials in the said activity shall be charged to INSET while the transportation and other expenses of the participants shall be charged to School MOOE and other subject to the usual accounting and auditing rules and regulations, 7.
