Human Translation - How To Translate in Oneforma
- In "My Tasks" there is a list of tasks that have been assigned to you.
- Go to the one you would like to start and click START > Start task.
- The web editor opens and strings to be translated are shown one at the time. Source sentence is in
the upper part of the screen and 2 text boxes are available to introduce Translation 1 and
Translation 2 respectively. There could be also a note with links or additional info about the context.
Make sure to check it if available.

- Specify 2 different translations for the same source sentence according to the provided linguistic
guidelines.
- When you are done and sure about them, click Submit to send them to the system.
NOTE! In case there is a sentence with adult content you don't feel comfortable with, click SKIP HIT
to have it assigned to another translator.
- if the source string is not complete (it is truncated), select "The source string is not complete
(partial)" and translate the provided portion of string (leaving translation truncated as well).
- If the source is in another language (different from the one you are supposed to translate from),
select "The source string is not in the target" and Submit the string.
- When you have translated all the strings that have been assigned to you, click CLOSE to go back to
the My Task dashboard.
- From the "My Tasks" page, go to the task you want to check the performance for and click START >
View Performance.

- The Performance page opens. In the upper part, you can find:
- Quality score: the quality score that you got for that specific task
- Words Reviewed: the amount of words translated by you that have been reviewed
- Top Error category: the 3 most frequent error categories that have been found in your
deliveries for this project
In the lower part, you can find a table with the list of all the strings with errors that have been
reviewed in the project, details about the reviewer's correction, the error category, etc.
