Guidelines for Using the Application

for International Student Admissions

Examinations

 1. Accessing Exam Page

Using a web browser, enter URL :https://ujianonline.usu.ac.id/

2. Log In to Dashboard
Access exam dashboard by entering credential :
a. Input your registration number as username
b. Input your IC number as password, then
c. Click Login

After successful login, you’ll be redirected to the Dashboard page.

Make sure you have 3 blocks of module available as shown below :

Your dashboard must have 3 blocks, namely :

a. Exam Practice
b. International Student Admission Exam
c. Video Conference

If one or more blocks do not appear, please contact the committee.

3. Video Conference
To Access Video Conference, click Video Conference Module.
a. Click “Join Sessions” button
b. A new tab should be opened
c. Choose Microphone
d. Click Allow using Microphone
e. The apps will try to test your audio, if you can hear your voice
then choose Yes.
f. Click Button camera to share your webcam.
g. Click Allow using camera, select your camera and then Click Start
sharing Button.
h. Keep this tab open while taking Exam. Do not Close !

4. Testing the Exam Navigation Feature

We recommend you to try the feature first before taking the real
exam.
a. On your dashboard click Exam Practice Block.
b. Click “Attempt Quiz Now” button for taking the Exam Practice
c. Input “qwerty” on Quiz password textbox, then
d. Click Start Attempt to start the Exam Practice

5. Starting The Exam

The Examination will start after it’s available, you shall receive a
password code from the committee so you can access the Exam
Questions.
