People who disagree with me might say that jail is too hard of a punishment for just downloading content

without consent. Another thing they might say is that art is meant to be shared for the people and it

shouldn’t be used for capitalist benefits by the greedy industries. They might also argue that by filling all

the jail cells there won’t be enough space for real criminals like murderers or kidnappers and it would also

cost the police a lot in order to track down all copyrighted material downloaders and distributors.
