I was born and brought up in a town Hisar I always have my roots connected to the importance of

education in my life . .From scoring 93% in Xth and a certificate of excellence in biology in XIIth
.Academic excellence continued as I got admitted in one of the oldest and most prestigious
university -Panjab university. From being a Biochemistry student to having inclination towards the
managerial aspects of various events that occurred during the course of my graduation led me to
learn more, and apply the concepts from the management education and work in the top
management roles .

In my first year I was part of Biochemical society -an organizing committee of literary events in
college where i had my first glimpse of management in working in teams ,In my second year my
interest grew in this aspect as I got elected as Cultural secretary of my college ,in this transition I got
to organize cultural fests for first time has been very enriching for me and imbibed in me the the
sense of responsibility ,confidence and the skills to manage and lead people,and to handle the
budget .In the third year i got involved in student politics which provided me platform for organizing
student council events as a marketing coordinator in 'PUCSC -JHANKAR' which is a annual cultural
festival of university organised by members of student council. Apart from this sphere, I also
captained cricket team of my hostel, and also volunteered in organizing certain inter-hostel cricket
tournaments .It helped me working in teams in a managerial role which served me in providing
organizational and analytical skills.

.My primary objective of doing an MBA is to put myself under rigorous training, to work in teams on
different projects where i will learn analytical and problem solving skills .Business intelligence help in
garnering wide varieties of skills in marketing ,operations ,human resource which will help me
prepare for management level position in industry.

A management program from NMIMS would not only develop me as a professional by exposing me
to pedagogy;rich in academics and industry insights but strong corporate interface would enhance
my practical thinking and help me in becoming a good corporate leader.
