ASSUMPTIONS:
1 Construction of Foundation and Boundary Wall can begin once Survey and Design is finished.
2 Construction of Superstructure will begin once the foundation is completed
3 Roofing and Fixture of Door and Window Frames can start simultaneously once the superstructure is done
4 Plumbing works will start after the completion of Roofing
5 Electrical Fittings can start after 2 days of beginning of Roofing
6 Plastering should start after the completion of electrical works with plumbing running ahead of it.
7 Flooring should begin when plastering is half-way through.
8 Whitewashing and Painting should start once plastering is half done.
9 Carpentry Works can be started once the painting is about to finish.
10 Landscaping and clearing should be completed along with carpentry works.
11 Inaugration can be done once landscaping is done.
