LOK-N-LOAD THREAD LOCK KIT
LOK-N-LOAD™ is a cost effective, two-component
epoxy thread lock system designed to mitigate joint
loosening while running casing and drilling through
the shoe track. Each kit contains a base resin,
catalyst, and putty knife applicator.

APPLICATION
Empty catalyst into epoxy can and mix thoroughly
with included putty knife. Thoroughly clean and dry
pin/box threads. Apply LOK-N-LOAD™ directly to pin
thread and makeup the connection. Pot life is
approximately 75 minutes at 68° F. To break the
connection after cured, heat the connection to
between 500° F and 600° F. Do not use on oxygen CASING CONNECTIONS CONNECTIONS
