FAITH= HOW OTHERS SEE IT

FOR SOME: FAITH IS A BAD SCIENCE, NAIV

People who have faith are ordinary

Catholic= faith is never something that lies below the threshold of reason

Not something that fails to attain reason

Faith is surrender on the far sight of reason (BEYOND THE PLACE)

TRUSTING CONFIDENCE IN GOD

WITHOUT FAITH, WE HAVE NO PLACE WITH GOD, AND IT IS IMPOSSIBLE TO PLEASE HIM

EPHESIANS 2:8-9 make It clear that faith is a gift from God. It is not from ourselves; it is from God. It
is not obtained by our power or our free will. Faith is simply given to us by God, along with his grace
and mercy and according to his holy plan and purpose

STRONGER FAITH = STRONGER BELIEF

THE ONLY ONE WHO REALLY KNOWS YOU = TRUSTWORTHY

FAITH IN GOD IS ALWAYS RESPONSE TO REALITY

FAITH IN JESUS IS CHRIST IS JUST IIKE PLANTING A SEED, MAKE A PLACE IN OUR HEART

let's say sa mga times ngayon na maraming trials mahirap maging faithful kasi iisipin
mo bat inaallow ni God yung ganto ganyan. So pagdedemonstrate ng faith yung
patuloy kang naniniwala, then hope na alam mong may gagawin si Lord. Tas
love/charity yung paghelp mo sa iba amidst ng trying times ganern
HOPE

every page written by someone is passionately believe in God fileld with tragedy, death etc. and
nobody in the bible says “I can’t believe in God”

Lord naniniwala ako na tutubo ung carrot, pero anong ginagawa ko ?

DAHIL NANINIWALA KA DAPAT GUMAWA KA NG WAY TO ENRICH THAT, DILIGAN MO AND ALAGAAN
MO.

MOVE KASI HINDI KA PUNO. MOVE KUNG GUSTO MO NG PROGRESS. GAMITIN MONG INSPIRATION
ANG HOPE AT FAITH MO PARA SA ACTIONS MO.

Let us hold on to the confession of our hope without wavering, because the one who made the
promises is reliable - Hebrews 10:23

FIRST WE DISCUSS THE MISCONCEPTIONS:

1. JUSTICE IS EQUALITY = THE BELIEF THAT EVERYONE SHOULD GET THE SAME KIND AND
AMOUNT OF STUFF
*LET US SEE IT THE OTHER WAY AROUND

REMEDY :

NEED-BASED JUSTICE = EVEERYONE SHOULDN’T GET THE SAME BECAUSE OUR NEEDS AREN’T THE
SAME

=THOSE WHO NEED MORE, GET MORE

HINDI NATIN KAYA TUMAYO SA MGA PAA NATIN LAGI, KAILANGAN NATIN SI GOD.

What the government does when it takes taxes from those who have more in order to
assist those who have less

->Doesn’t mean that life is not fair, may mga chances kasi wherein mayaman ka pero wala kang

Retributive Justice “the only way for justice to be satisfied is for a wrongdoer to suffer in

 SOLUTION (REHABILITATION) = GIVE WRONGDOERS HELP, SO THEY CAN LEARN HOW TO

GET ALONG IN SOCIETY AND FOLLOW ITS RULES (in need of our help)

Kasi si GOD pinatawad tayo, tapos tayo papatay tayo?

 We punish people to send message to others (RESTORATIVE JUSTICE-> MAKING AMENDS,

RATHER THAN ON AMKING THE WRONGDOER SUFFER)

True purpose of justice only served when the person who got punished, learned.
