planning is necessary for every step of the process. That is why, it is crucial to
differentiate the business from competitors and give customers a reason to choose
the brand. A well-thought product strategy can help the business achieve its

At present, Fit-A-Tire have designed a variety of furniture and are in


process of finalization The business will continue to develop and design new
furniture products every year while still keeping in mind the incorporation of eco-
friendliness in its products. The proponents plans to hire at least 5 designers for
its first year of operation and hire more for the upcoming years depending on the
business's performance. Fit-A-Tire believes that the employees of the company must

its product somehow affordable.
- Availability: The business will make sure to cater for the customers' demands and
accomodate them as much as possible by manufacturing enough stocks for the products
therefore making them available anytime.
