INSTRUCTIONS: You have 10 attempts for every exercise. Every time that one ball touches
the floor you lose 1 trial.
Mark with an X your punctuation in every exercise after that 10 attempts or when you obtain
the maximum quantity of points.
1 “SHOWER” EXERCISE”: 2 BALLS.
Step 1: Pass the ball of your Dominant hand to the other hand in a parabolic movement.
Step 2: pass the other ball with your Non-Dominant hand in a straight movement.

2 “SHOWER EXERCISE”: Do the same, but with your other hand first.
POINTS 2 1.5 1
3 “SHOWER EXERCISE”: Do the same, using your dominant hand first and
WALKING at the same time.

4 “FOUNTAIN”: 2 BALLS. 1 HAND. DOMINANT HAND. Throw one ball, and when
that ball starts to fall, throw the other ball and catch the two balls.

5 “FOUNTAIN”: 2 BALLS. NON-DOMINANT HAND. The same but with your other
hand.
