has set forth its general privacy policy and terms of use at www.practically.com towards the sale of its
products. ULearn Digital Pvt. Ltd. is an exclusive strategic partner of the company.

REFUND POLICY.
Refunds are only eligible on software sale from ten (10) days from the date of purchase with a
reasonable cause. All hardware sales are final and non-refundable.

HARDWARE WARRANTY.
For any hardware purchased through the company such as Lenovo tablet devices, standard
manufacturer warranty will apply.

CORRECTNESS OF INFORMATION.
By submitting this form, you affirm that the information provided herein are true and correct. Any
misrepresentation or incorrect information found by the company shall be cause for denial or rejection
of the product use.

Practically Payment Plan (PPP) is not a loan or financing option. By opting into this payment plan, the
subscription price for the product is locked and the customer commits to pay in a fixed schedule monthly
as agreed upon in this user agreement. Based on the agreed schedule, the customer will receive a payment
link from 3rdFlix Visual Effects Pvt. Ltd. every month and has to be paid within the due date. If payment is
not made within seven (7) days of the generation of the monthly invoice, your subscription will be kept on
hold and eventually expire.
