GENERAL GUIDELINES AND MECHANICS

1. Participants must be a student of Teacher Education Program.


2. Participants must be enrolled in this semester (i.e, 1st semester, s.y. 2021-2022)
3. Each section per year level must have atleast one participants in each game/contest.
4. Face-to-face meeting is highly discouraged.
5. All participants (winners and non-winners) will be given an equivalent points in all his/her
TEP subjects.

GUIDELINES AND MECHANICS FOR LOGO DESIGNING


1. The contest is open to all TEP students.
2. The contest duration is from Sept. 23, 2021 to Sept 30, 2021.
3. A brief rationale must be included in the entry.
4. The logo shall only include the name TEP or Teacher Education Program and Blue
Stallions.
5. The design of the logo should be aligned with the Vision, Mission, Goal and Objectives of
NBSC to be solid, noble and world class.
6. All entries must be submitted thru this email add: marycris.go@g.msuiit.edu.ph on or before
Sept. 30, 2021. File name must be in this format:
YEARLEVEL_NAMEofSTUDENT_DATESUBMITTED.
7. Minimum size is 4 inches by 4 inches, 300 pixels per inch. The output could be in jpg, png
or tiff, one (1) full-color, and one (1) black and white / gray scale.
8. Create an A4 size document in Photoshop, import your logo (both the colored and black and
white/gray scale) in the document and save it in pdf format. Submit the pdf as your final
output.
9. The winner will be asked to provide the raw files in PSD format (colored and gray scale).
10. By entering the contest, the participants declare that the submitted entry is their original
work, have not been submitted to any other competition and does not infringe on any third
party’s existing copyright. Any complaints that may arise due to similarities, likeness or
comparison of the design would be the accountability of the participants as s/he would be
responsible to prove its authenticity.
11. There will be three (3) judges judging the logo-designing competition and shall be judged
according to the following criteria:

Concept/Relevance - 40%
Originality/Uniqueness
30%

Creativity and Impact - 30%
This is 75% of the overall score. The remaining 25% is from the votes of the TEP
students during the Acquaintance Party.

12. One winner shall be chosen and shall receive a certificate and 250php cash prize. The
announcement of winner shall be awarded on October 1, 2021.
GUIDELINES AND MECHANICS FOR TALENT LIVE/RECORDED SHOW

1. The contest is open to all TEP students.


2. The piece shall either be live performance or recorded performance.
3. A variety of entertainment is encouraged – singing, playing a musical instrument(s), dancing,
magic tricks, poetry reading, stand-up comedy, juggling, or any other unique talent!
Performers may be solo, duets, or groups. Animal performances are not allowed.
4. If performance is by group, participants must be atmost 10 in number.
5. All performances must be no longer than 5 minutes. Performances over five minutes will be
disqualified.
6. There will be three (3) judges judging all performances, and the performer(s) with the most
points after the judge’s tally wins. Judging will be based on the following criteria:

7. Four winners (one per year level) shall be chosen and shall receive a certificate and 250php
cash prize each. The announcement of winners shall be awarded on October 1, 2021.
8. Recorded performance shall be submitted on or before Sept. 30, 2021 thru this email add:
marycris.go@g.msuiit.edu.ph. If your file is greater than 25 MB, Gmail automatically adds a
Google Drive link in the email instead of including it as an attachment. Before you send your
email, kindly turn on sharing for anyone who has the link. File name must be in this format:
YEARLEVEL_VARIETYofPERFORMANCE_DATESUBMITTED
