IMPORTANT NOTE
1. The applicant must take due care while filling up the form (online). The applicant must ensure that all the
information provided by him/her and filled in form are correct. The information provided by the
applicant in his/her form shall not be changed or altered in any case and the University will not entertain
such requests under any circumstance. The University shall not be liable for any mistake made by the
applicant.
2. In case if the number of registered candidates at any of the examination centres is less than 100 (One
Hundred), then in such case the registered candidates will be allotted the nearest centre.
3. There is no provision of revaluation/scrutiny of answer sheet/booklet.
4. In case of any discrepancy in the Hindi version, the English version of the brochure will be treated as the
correct version.
5. Only such RTI applications shall be entertained which are received within 60 days from the declaration of
final result.
6. Each candidate will also have to mention his / her Sub-Category alongwith his / her overall category i.e.
UR, SC, ST, OBC and EWS.
7. To give the benefit to students who have passed the qualifying examination in the current year 2020-21,
a deduction of 5% of the marks secured in the entrance test would be made for every gap year from the
obtained marks. The maximum deduction would be 15%.
8. Every candidate will have to declare any disciplinary action/police action against him/her.
9. The Registration Fees for Unreserved, EWS and OBC Category is Rs. 800/- and SC/ST/PH is Rs. 400/-.
10. There is no negative marking.
11. Every candidate can view his/her Answer Sheet within one month of declaration of Results by paying a
token amount Rs. 100/- at Pravesh Bhawan.
12. The entrance test will be conducted in various centres of Prayagraj, Lucknow, Kanpur, Gorakhpur,
Varanasi, Bareilly, Azamgarh in Uttar Pradesh and Patna, Bhopal, New Delhi, Kolkata, Bengaluru,
Guwahati, Hyderabad, Jaipur and Thiruvanthpuram.

The UGAT-2021 will be conducted in Online and Offline mode both. The candidate has to opt for the choice
of Online or Offline Test at the time of application and this choice can not be changed in any case at later
stage. The Offline Test will be done in the OMR Sheet. However, the Online Test will be conducted on a
Computer having Internet Connection which will be provided to each applicant on the Test Centre.
Important Information
1. This broucher is only for a general guidance of the candidates. The Admission Test and admission to the
first year of the undergraduate degree course shall be governed by the relevant provisions of the
University of Allahabad Act, 2005.
2. The orders/executive instructions of the Government of India, the regulations/norms issued by the
University Grants Commission (UGC) and the orders/judgments of the Hon'ble Supreme Court at New
Delhi and the Hon'ble High Court at Allahabad shall be strictly followed with regard to reservation of
seats in admission to the degree courses mentioned above.
3. The information in the brochure is complete till the time of publication. However, any subsequent change
made will be available on the website www.aupravesh2021.com and/or Www.admission.allduniv.ac.in
or Admission-2021 link of www.allduniv.ac.in. The admission to any degree course is suggestive of the
fact that the terms and conditions laid down in this brochure are acceptable to the candidate and his/her
guardian. The existing provisions of the Act, Statutes, Ordinances and Rules framed by the University and
those modified from time to time shall govern the candidate. Any change in the Rules, Regulations, Fee,
special conditions etc. shall mutatis mutandis apply to the admitted student.
4. The University of Allahabad reserves all rights to conduct UGAT-2021 and any decision taken by the
University in this regard shall be final and binding on all applicants.
5. UGAT-2021 is the combined Admission Test for admission to only regular degree courses offered by the
University of Allahabad and its Constituent Colleges, namely, Allahabad Degree College, Arya Kanya Girls
Degree College, CMP Degree College, Iswar Saran Degree College, Jagat Taran Girls Degree College,
Rajarshi Tandon Mahila Mahavidyalaya, S. S. Khanna Girls Degree College and Shyama Prasad Mukherji
Degree College. Only those applicants who appear in this Entrance Test will be eligible for admission to
the University and its Constituent Colleges. Admission will be strictly on the basis of merit and
availability of seat.
(Note: Ewing Christian College and Hamidia Girls’ Degree College are Minority Institutions and are
not included in this Admission Test).
6. The Admission Test and admission shall be made only as per the published scheme. No change shall be
made in this scheme on the ground that the candidate's qualifying examination result is not declared, or
no mark sheet has been issued to the candidate, or the candidate has to appear in supplementary
examination, etc. However, the University reserves the right to change the dates of Admission Test or
admission, if confronted with any special circumstances.
A candidate who fails to appear for counseling for admission on the date fixed by the University will
forfeit his/her claim.

At the time of admission the candidate must have passed the qualifying examination. Candidate
appearing for supplementary examination will not be considered.
7. It shall be the duty of the applicant to produce the prescribed/desired documents for admission. In case
of non-production of the desired documents, his/her claim for admission shall automatically stand
cancelled. The information regarding the desired documents is published in this brochure and any
additional information will be published from time to time on www.aupravesh2021.com or on University
website.
8. The applicant is advised to remain vigilant in collecting information published by the University regarding
the Admission Test, its results and other such details from relevant sources. The University shall not be
responsible if the applicant fails to collect such information.
9. The information regarding the admission Test and admission process will be published on the portal
www.aupravesh2021.com and on the University website and also in newspapers.
10. The information supplied by the applicant in his/her application (Online) shall be final. Any subsequent
change in the Online Registration Form will not be allowed. If any information provided by the applicant is
found to be false or forged at any stage, his/her admission shall be cancelled and he/she may be liable for
prosecution under the law.
11. The applicant is advised to preserve the print-out of Online Registration Form and the Fee Payment
details for future correspondence and reference.
12. Results declared by the University shall be final. There is no provision for scrutiny of Answer Sheets.
13. Ragging in the University of Allahabad and its Constituents Colleges is strictly prohibited as per orders of
the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India. The Orders of the Hon'ble Supreme Court have been communicated
by the UGC letter no. F1-1 /2006 (CPP-II) dated March 4, 2008. If any incident of ragging is reported it will
invite stringent penal action according to law and as per the directives of Hon'ble Supreme Court of lndia.
14. Disputes related to admissions shall be under the jurisdiction of the Hon'ble Allahabad High Court of
Judicature at Allahabad only.
Under Graduate Admission Test (UGAT) - 2021

UGAT-2021 is the Undergraudate Entrance Examination for the session 2021-22 for admission to the Ist
Year of regular UG degree courses only i.e. B.A., B.Com., B.Sc. (Maths), B.Sc.(Bio), B.Sc. (Family and
Community Science) (Home Science), B.F.A., B.P.A. of the University of Allahabad and its eight (08)
Constituent Colleges. The list of Centres under Online and Offline mode will be made available at the
Time of Application and will be available on the website www.aupravesh2021.com and on
Www.admission.allduniv.ac.in or Admission-2021 link of www.allduniv.ac.in
Eligibility for UGAT-2021

1. An applicant who has passed or appeared in any stream of the Intermediate Examination conducted by
the U.P. Board/C.B.S.E./I.C.S.E. or an examination by any State Board. The equivalence as defined in
University Ordinances-2008 or by UGC Regulations as decided from time to time thereto is eligible to
apply for the Undergraduate Admission Tests (UGAT).
2. An applicant who has passed or appeard at the above mentioned examination with Art group, Science
group or Commerce group is eligible to apply for Under-Graduate Test for B.A.
3. An applicant who has passed or appeared at the above examination with Science Group (Maths groups) is
eligible to apply for the Undergraduate Admission Test for B.Sc. (Maths group) and with the Science
Group (Bio Group) is eligble to apply for the Undergraduate Test for B.Sc. (Bio group).
4. The candidate who has passed or appeared in the above examination with Commerce stream or Science
UGAT-2021/4
stream will be eligible for admission to B.Com.

5. For BA (Music)/B.P.A application forms of only those candidates would be considered who have Music as
one of the subjects at Intermediate level or they have passed an equivalent examination in Music from a
recognized Institution.
6. Only such female applicants are eligible to apply for the Undergraduate Admission Test for B.Sc. (Family
and Community Science) (Home Science), who have passed or appeared at the Intermediate Examination
conducted by the U.P. Board/C.B.S.E./I.C.S.E. or an examination equivalent either with
(a) Science Group, or
(b) With any other Group having Home Science as one of the subject after having passed the High School
(or equivalent) examination with Science Group.
7. For B.A. (Urdu) application forms of only those candidates would be considered who have Urdu as one of
the subjects at Intermediate level or they have passed an equivalent examination in Urdu from a
recognized Institution.
8. For B.A. (Geography) application forms of only those candidates would be considered who have
Geography as one of the subjects or have science at Intermediate level or they have passed an equivalent
examination in from a recognized Institution.
Note:
1. A candidate who holds a Bachelor's Degree in any stream is not eligible to apply for any of the
streams of UGAT-2021.
2. The entrance test for Admission in B.Sc. (Family and Community Science) (Home Science) wil be
canducted separately.
UGAT-2021 Registration
Registration for UGAT-2021 can be done only by Online Registration at www.aupravesh2021.com or
Admission-2021 link at www.allduniv.ac.in
Submission of Online Form for UGAT-2021

Candidates can submit online form for the UGAT-2021 test at the website www.aupravesh2021.com or
Admission-2021 link of www.alldiniv.ac.in. The website provides all the information required for Online
Form submission.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR ON-LINE SUBMISSION: PROCEDURE FOR ONLINE SUBMISSION OF APPLICATION FORM FOR
ADMISSION TEST:
Candidates can submit online form for the Admission Test-2021 at the concerned link of the website
www.aupravesh2021.com or Admission-2021 link of www.allduniv.ac.in. The website has all the
information required for Online Form submission. Aspirants are advised to read the prospectus carefully
before applying.
Requirement for Online Form Submission:
Admission aspirants are required to have a scanned copy of their coloured photograph (3.5 cm. x 4.5 cm)
and their signature. These scanned copies of coloured photo (3.5cm. x 4.5 cm) in JPEG Format (*.JPG)
80 KB and signature in JPEG (*.JPG) 80 KB Format are required to be uploaded during the online form
submission. The file size of photograph (80 KB) and signature (80KB) in any case shall not exceed. All
aspirants filling the Online Form are advised to read the instructions to fill up the Online Form, which has
all the pre-requisite and the guidelines to this regard.
UGAT-2021/5
Admit Card: Admit Card for all the eligible applicants shall be available on the website www.aupravesh2021.com
and on Admisison-2021 link of www.allduniv.ac.in. The applicants can download their Admit Card
by providing their application ID and date of birth. The Admit Card shall only be made available to
those applicants whose registration (Online) form is complete in all respect (on or before due
date). The University shall not in any case provide the Admit Card through post or University
Center.
Test Centres: The Admission Test will be held at different Centres in the city of Prayagraj besides some important
cities of India i.e. Lucknow, Kanpur, Gorakhpur, Varanasi in Uttar Pradesh and Patna, Bhopal, New
Delhi, Kolkata, Bangluru and Thiruvanthpuram. The name of the Test Centers will be explicitly
written on the Admit Card of the applicant and will not be changed in any case. In no case a
candidate is allowed to appear at any other Centre.
No traveling allowance will be paid to the applicant appearing in the Test. If the total number of
candidates for a particular centre is not sufficient (less then 100) then the University reserves
the right to cancel that centre and allocate nearest Centre to such candidates.

2021 link of www.allduniv.ac.in. Online admission test will held in many cities of India. The list of
Online Test centres is available on the above website.
Test Syllabus
The Admission Test will be of Two Hours duration. Every candidate has to answer 150 questions from
multiple choice questions. For every correct answer 02 marks will be awarded.
A. B.A. Admission Test (Intermediate Standard)
1. English or Hindi (Language and Literature) (Select any one) 25 Questions
2. General Awareness 25 Questions
3. General Mental Ability Test 25 Questions
4. Subject Test (chose any 03) 75 Questions
Out of eight subjects, namely Civics, Economics, Geography, History, Logic, Sanskrit, Urdu and Visual Arts.
each subject will have 25 questions of Intermediate level. The candidate will have to opt any three
subjects from amongst these and shall answer all the questions from the three subjects so opted.
Note: Admission to B.F.A.and B.P.A. will also be done on the basis of this test and practical test conducted
by respective department. Visual Arts has to be selected as one of the subjects for BFA.
B. B.F.A. Admission (Intermediate Level)
1. The Duration of the course leading to the degree of B.F.A shall be of four academic years.
2. The candidates should opt BFA in application form. There shall be same UGAT (BA) Test for BFA
candidates also. Candidates have to appear in the UGAT (BA) Test of the University and then in
the practical test of the department. The candidates has to select Visual Arts as one of the
subjects for BFA.
3. The admissions shall be made on the basis of merit in UGAT (BA) entrance test conducted by the
University of Allahabad and Practical test of the Department (Department of Visual Arts).
Applicant shall be required to appear in both Practical & UGAT (BA) Test.

Note: Admission shall be on the basis of computed marks of UGAT (B.A.) admission test and practical
test of the department.
C. B.P.A. Admission (Intermediate Level)
The candidate shall appear in UGAT (B.A.) test for admission in BPA Course. They shall opt BPA in
application form. They must appear in the UGAT (B.A.) test the University and practical test of the
Department of Music and Performing Arts.
Note: Admission shall be on the basis of computed marks of UGAT (B.A.) admission test and practical
test of the department.
D. B.Sc. Admission Test- (Intermediate Standard)
Common to B.Sc. (Biology) & B.Sc. (Mathematics)
1. General English or General Hindi (Select anyone) 20 Questions

3. Science Group (Intermediate level) 120 Questions
There will be 40 questions in each of the following four subjects: 1. Physics, 2. Chemistry, 3.
Mathematics and 4. Biology. Candidates of Maths stream have to select 120 questions from Physics,
Chemistry and Mathematics, and that of Biology stream have to select 120 questions from Physics,
Chemistry and Biology.
E. B. Com. Admission Test (Intermediate Standard)
1. General English or General Hindi (Select any one) 25 Questions
3. Commerce (Intermediate level) 100 Questions
F. B.Sc. (Family and Community Science) (Home Science): Only such female applicants who have passed or
appeared at the Intermediate Examination conducted by the U.P. Board/C.B.S.E./I.C.S.E. or an

(b) With any other Group having Home Science as one of the subjects after having passed the High School

Abridged Admission Rules

For details please see the B.A., B.Sc., B.Sc. (Family and Community Science) (Home Science). B.Com. Admission
test Ordinance and Regulations (in case of any controversy, the English version of the brochure will be
accepted):
 All candidates seeking admission in B.A., B.Sc., B.Sc. (Family and Community Science) (Home Science),
B.Com. B.F.A., and B.P.A. Part-I class have to appear in the Admission Test for that subject
combination/stream.
 The Foreign Nationals who, having passed the qualifying examination, have applied through the
Department of Education, Ministry of Education, and Government of India are exempted from the
Admission Test. Such a candidate may be admitted to a course of study on the recommendation of the
Foreign Student Advisory Board of the University. The nominated candidate must apply before the
completion of admission processes otherwise his/her candidature shall not be considered.
RESERVATION AND SPECIAL CONSIDERATION / QUOTA:

A. In accordance with provision of Section 9 of the University of Allahabad Act, 2005 (Act No. 26 of 2005) seats
shall be reserved for Scheduled Caste (SC), Scheduled Tribe (ST) and Other Backward Classes (OBC) category
candidates in all subjects / course for which the Admission Test has been held, as given here under:
(i) 15% of the total seats in each subject / course shall be reserved for candidates belonging to Scheduled
Caste (SC) category;
(ii) 7.5% of the total seats in each subject / course shall be reserved for candidates belonging to Scheduled
Tribe (ST) category; and
(iii) 27% of the total seats in each subject / course shall be reserved for candidates belonging to Other
Backward Caste (OBC) category.
(iv) In case the seats reserved for Scheduled Tribe (ST) category candidates remain vacant on account of
non-availability of candidates the same shall be filled by the candidates of Scheduled Caste (SC)
candidates.
(v) 10% of the total seats shall be reserved for candidate belonging to EWS category. Reservation to EWS
candidates shall be given by the University as per Govt. of India guidelines, the regulation/norms issued
by the UGC and subject to any decision of the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India or Hon'ble High Court of
Allahabad, if any.
Note: These rules are indicative and UGC Regulation on Reservation and directives of Ministry of
Education as on the date of declaration of Results shall be followed.
B. Kashmiri Migrants:
Weightage as per Government of India guidelines shall be given to Kashmiri Migrants. In order to avail this
weightage, the candidates shall have to present a certificate to this effect from an officer of the Ministry of
Education not below the rank of Joint Secretary or equivalent.
C. NCC Weightage:
A weightage of 5% shall be added to the score obtained by the candidate holding NCC 'B' certificate in the
Admission Test / Entrance Test.
D. Foreign Nationals/NRI:
Foreign Nationals shall be required to apply through International Students Advisor in accordance with the
procedure laid down by the University of Allahabad. The candidate in this case shall not be required to
appear in the Admission Test / Entrance Test, but shall be considered for admission on the
UGAT-2021/8
recommendation of a committee constituted for the purpose, which shall examine the academic
credentials and certificates of the candidate before making any recommendation.
E. Sports Quota:
Under Sports-Quota, at the graduate level only those candidates can be considered for admission who are
eligible to participate in Inter-University Tournaments as per Association of Indian Universities (AIU), New
Delhi rules and have participated at State and National Championships organized under School Games
Federation of India and Junior Level (under 19 years of age) District, Region, State and National
Championships organized by various District/State Associations and Federations. The candidates will be
selected in order of merit subject to availability of seats.
(i) The Advisory Committee, Sports Board, University of Allahabad reserves the right to conduct the field trials
and verification of documents of any candidate to determine genuineness of the documents.
(ii) The candidate shall be required to produce all the original game / sports certificate in support of his/her
claim at the time of admission / interview. The University reserves the right to verify the documents (games
/ sports certificates etc.) and if found fake, suitable action shall be taken against the candidate.
(iii) 2% of the total seats in each subject/ course shall be allotted under Sports Quota.
(iv) Admission under separate quota will strictly be on the basis of merit list provided by the advisory
committee, Sports Board.
F. Person with Disability (Divyang):
(i) As per section 32(1) of the Rights of Persons with Disabilities Act, 2016, all Government institutions of
higher education and other higher education institutions receiving aid from the Government shall
reserve not less than five( 05) per cent seats for person with benchmark disabilities. Therefore 5% of
total seats for this course will be available for person with disability who can pursue this course
without any difficulty.
(ii) A candidate who has a certified disability of not less than 40 % in any limb or in orthopaedic
structure which, in the opinion of the Medical Board (constituted by the University of Allahabad),
amounts to an overall physical handicap of not more than 70% or is a certified Visually impaired or a
Hearing impaired, may be admitted to the concerned course / subject, irrespective of his position in
the order of merit of the total aggregate score, on the recommendation of the Medical Board.
(iii) Seats under this quota shall be filled in order of preference given below. One percent each shall be
reserved for person with benchmark disability under clause (a), (b) and (c), and one percent with
benchmark disability under clauses (d) and (e) namely.
a. Blindness and low vision.
b. Deaf and hard of hearing.
c. Locomotor disability including cerebral palsy, leprosy cured dwarfism, acid attack victims and
muscular dystrophy.
d. Autism, intellectual disability, specific learning disability and mental illness.
e. Multiple disabilities from amongst person from clauses (a) to (d).
(iv) The privilege shall not be given except claimed by the candidate at the time of application. At the
time of admission the candidate shall be required to produce a certificate issued by the Chief Medical
Officer of the appropriate District or by the Viklang Kendra, Allahabad, which testifies to his disability
and bears an attested photograph indicating his / her disability clearly.
(v) All candidates entitled to be admitted under the above quota to a course shall be adjusted against
their respective social category.

G. Teacher/Employee Ward Quota:

After the completion of admission on the sanctioned seats in each course of study, the wife,husband, sons
and daughters of regularly appointed serving and retired teachers / employee of the University, the
University Institutes, the constituents Colleges and constituents Institutes, who produce relevant certificate
duly signed by the Registrar in case of University, the Director in case of University Institutes, the Principal
in the case of constituent Colleges and the Director in case of constituent Institutes shall be admitted, on
the basis of their relative scores against 5% supernumerary seats (with a minimum of one seat) in each
course of study, only in the unit/sub-unit in which such Teachers/Employees are serving or where from they
have superannuated.
Provided that if in case seats remain vacant in a course in the unit/subunit, these will be filled by the wards
of the employees of other units/subunits and words of contractual and daily wage employees of the
University, University Institutes, the Centers thereof and the independent Centers.
Note-Teacher/Employee Ward benefit will be granted only when the candidate has made such a claim in
the Application Form and presents the required documents and certificates at the time of admission. The
order of merit for admission shall be determined on the basis of computed marks of the candidate.
Test Results

(iii) Admission will be done on the basis of merit list announced by Director on computed marks.
(iv) Computed Marks = Candidate's Test Score + Weightage/Premium (if any) – Deductions (if any)
(v) If two or more candidates obtain the same computed total marks, their relative merit for the purpose
of admission and/or allotment of subjects (s) shall be determined on the following basis:
a) The marks obtained by the candidate in the Intermediate or equivalent examination;
b) In case the marks obtained by the two candidates in the Intermediate or equivalent examinations
are equal then the marks obtained by the two candidates in the High School or equivalent
examination;
c) In case the marks obtained by the two candidates in the High School or equivalent examination
are also equal, then by the draw of lots.
SUBJECT COMBINATION FOR BSc (Maths) in University of Allahabad
(The applicant may give options in the order of priority during the stage of application. The applicants are

Counseling and Admission Process

1. Admission will start in the month of ..................................... 2021 by the process of 'Counseling'. The details
of information regarding the counseling will be published in local newspapers, and will also available on the
website www.aupravesh2021.com or Admision-2021 link of www.allduniv.ac.in and no inquiries in this
regard will be entertained.
2. The purpose of 'Counseling is to help provide information regarding the availability of seats in accordance
to the merit.
3. The Counseling and admission will be done separately and simultaneously in University and its constituent
colleges.
4. The candidate will be required to present themselves in person for the Counseling and admission/allotment
of subjects combination on the date, time and place already announced. If the candidate does not turn up
on such date/time along with the required documents, he/she will forfeit his/her claim of admission to the
particular course/combination of subject and the candidate next in merit will be accommodated against
such seat/combination of subjects.
Documents to be presented at the Time of Admission
(Without these documents applicant’s claim will not be entertained) :
(a) High School or equivalent examination mark-sheet and certificate in original along with a photocopy
thereof.
(b) Intermediate or equivalent examination mark-sheet and Certificate in original along with a photocopy
thereof.
(c) Original Transfer Certificate/Migration Certificate for regular candidates at the Qualifying Examination/
affidavit duly attested by a Notary/Public Commissioner for private candidates at the Qualifying
Examination.
(d) Admit Card issued by the University.
(e) Admission fee in cash or through Credit /Debit cards to be deposited at the time of admission in the
respective units.
(f) Additional documents to be produced by the candidates claiming weightage/premium/special
Consideration:
i. For SC/ST, OBC and EWS category candidates governed by Rule 1.1, 1.2 and 1.3 : Recent Caste
certificate in original and a photocopy thereof . For OBC candidates recent Caste certificate on Central
Government format indicating Non-creamy layer is a must and any other certificate if required. For
EWS candidate, EWS certificate on Central Government format.
ii. For the applicants Kashmiri Migrants category: Original and a photocopy of the certificate issued by
competent authority for Kashmiri Migrants.
iii. For the applicants holding NCC ‘B’ Certificate: Original and a photocopy of the NCC 'B' certificate.
iv. For the applicants of Sports quota: Original and photocopy of the certificate in support of
UGAT-2021/15
outstanding contribution in sports at National Level and State Level. For this the candidate will be
interviewed by the Board organized by the Athletic Association at the time and place announced by it.
v. For the applicants of Divyang quota: Original and a photocopy of the certificate of Physical Disability
(Visual, Hearing, Orthopaedic) issued by the Chief Medical officer of a District Hospital or by the
Viklang-Kendra, Prayagraj and to appear before a Board of Doctors to assess the intensity of
disability/challenge on a date and place given by the Dean Students' Welfare.
(g) Income certificate of the parent/guardian, issued by the competent authority/ officer in case if Annual /
Family Income have a consideration for any claim of the candidate.
How to Apply Online:
i. The address of the website is www.aupravesh2021.com or click on the Www.admission.allduniv.ac.in or
Admission-2021 link of www.allduniv.ac.in.
ii. After opening the website the name of the Entrance Examination, its online starting date for filling up the
form, its date of closing will be displayed. The candidate has to opt the class in which he/she wishes to
appear in the Entrance Examination.
iii. Upon opening the website, buttons will be displayed for downloading the Brochure, and opening the
Online Application Form, for Printing Application form and for printing Admit Card. The candidates are
advised to read the instructions and click the button to agree and accept the conditions/instructions.
Option for printing Admit Card shall be available only from the date given in the schedule for Admission
Test.
iv. The candidate is advised to read the downloaded Brochure before filling up the Application Form. After
reading the Brochure carefully the candidate is advised to click the "Apply Online" button. Upon clicking
the "Apply Online" button the application form will be displayed on the screen. The candidate is required
to fill up the form correctly and as per instructions mentioned in the Brochure. The fields/columns
marked with red asterisk are mandatory to be filled.
v. The scanned copy of photograph and signature as per the specifications mentioned above shall be
uploaded at the requisite place in the Application form which is mandatory.
vi. After filling up the Application Form the candidate can view his filled up application form with the use of
preview application form button.
vii. After ensuring that all the entries have been filled up by the candidate correctly. The candidate can
submit the form online by entering the correct image code displayed on the screen.
Online Payment:
a. The details of payment mode will be displayed then click PAY ONLINE.
b. On clicking PAY ONLINE button the applicant will be connected to gateway for payment.
c. Then select payment option (Credit Card, Debit Card or Net Banking).
d. Then fill the details as required and then submit the application form & get a printout of
application form.
viii. For printing the Admit Card the candidate shall be required to fill in the Application ID and Date of Birth.
For the convenience of the online application Help Desk has been setup for the Online Form submission

ix. The University may cancel the candidature of such applicants who furnish incomplete, wrong or
deliberate misinformation; or concealment of facts in Online Registration Form.

x. The information provided and the data supplied by the applicant through Registration Form shall be
preserved in the University for a period of only six months from the date of the declaration of the result
of Entrance/Admission Test. The records will be disposed of after the said period and no enquiry shall be
entertained in this regard by the University after the expiry of the said period. The University shall use this
data for various purposes; hence, in no case shall any change be allowed at a later stage. Therefore, all
the information must be furnished correctly, completely and clearly by the applicant himself/herself as
per the instructions given in the brochure/website www.aupravesh2021.com
xi. The Evaluated OMR Answer Sheets/Online Answer Booklets will be preserved only for a period of six
months after the declaration of results of Entrance/Admission Test. The records will be disposed off after
the said period and no enquiry shall be entertained in this regard by the University after the expiry of the
said period.
Admit Card : Admit Card for all the valid applications received by the University will be processed and enabled on
the website. The Candidates can download their admit card from the website after entering their
Application ID and Date of Birth. All Admit Cards will be uploaded for all the valid applications.
University will not be sending any admit card by post or distribute them from the counters.
