 All internal calibration done are referred to the master. BT need the master calibration certification which is still valid.
 Master that used for internal calibration
 TQ – 0113 FACOM L Square (Used to calibrate L Square)
 TQ – 0116 STANLEY 15M Tape (Used to calibrate measuring tape)
 TQ – 0325 INSIZE Block Gauge (Used to calibrate Caliper)
 TQ – 0144 BRUNSON Scale Bar (Used to calibrate Height gauge. Height gauge due on 5 th Nov 2016)
 Welding machine certification submitted is already due in Feb 2016. Need revise calibration due date certificate. Only
provided for TIG 04 with revised calibration certificate after my comment on my last visit.

 BYK equipment calibration already due last year. Need to provide the renewed one.
 BYK equipment (Spectrometer TQ - 0147) is not use for this project.

 Fabrication track record kindly provide filled up one.
