MANGO ICE CREAM # 1

Mango pulp – 250 gm


Sugar – 50 gm
Milk powder – 3 tbsp
Ice cream powder – 1 tbsp
Green cardamom essence – 5 drops
Kewra – 4 drops
Blend all the ingredients together

Whip some whipping cream and add the blend mixture if


needed and some extra milk. Add some yellow food color as
required then put in an airtight container and put plastic wrap
on top and refrigerate for 8 hours at least
