Seekh Kabab

Beef (boneless) –1 ½ kg
Green Chilies – 20
Garlic - 8
Ginger ½ inch
Fat – 200 gm
Onion – 600 gm to 1 kg (chopped and drained)
Red Chilies powder – 1 tbsp.
Salt – to taste
Cumin powder –1 ½ tsp
Ajwain – 1 tbsp.
Dry coriander powder – 1 1/2 tbsp
Fennel see powder - 1 tbsp.
Baking soda – ½ tsp
Fresh cream 3 tbsp
Milk 3 tbsp (for kneading)
Ghee 2 tbsp
Method
Chopperise your beef, chilies, garlic, ginger and fat
together, add rest of the ingredients and knead it
well. Marinate for 4-5 hrs. make kabab on skewer
and BBQ.
