Pitta bread

Flour - 2 ½ cups
Salt - to taste
Yeast - 1 pkt
Sugar - ½ tsp
Oil – 3 tbsp
Milk – ½ cup
Water – ¼ cup
- Activate the yeast by adding sugar
- Add all the ingredients in a bowl to make a soft dough
- Proof for 1 hour
- Make 6 dough balls and leave them for 15 mins for a
second proof
- Roll them flat 7 inches in diameter and leave for another
15 mins for the third proof
- Cook on stove (tawa) on medium heat
