Tiramisu Cake

COCOA SPONGE CAKE: 2 Egg whites 1/4tsp Lemon


juice - 50g Sugar - 2 Egg yolks - 35g Cake flour - 10g
Cocoa powder - 15ml Milk - 15g Vegetable oil - Mold
size 18cm - Bake at 160℃ for 40 minutes (160℃ - 40)
MASCARPONE CREAM: - 4g Gelatin () - 20ml Water -
Wait for 15 minutes (15 - 45g Sugar (- 2 Egg yolks -
Cool off - 200g Mascarpone - 180g Whipping cream -
Mold size 15cm - 4g Instant coffee- 40ml Hot water -
Cool off - 30ml Rum - Warm water - Refrigerate for 4
hours - Cocoa powder
