2. The tour went well at the beginning of the trip but the air-conditioning system of
the bus suddenly broke down in the middle of the trip when we reached Selangau.
We had to open the door and the windows of the bus to allow some air into the bus
because it was too hot along our 4-hour journey to Bintulu. On the other hand, the
bus driver was very reckless with his dangerous driving. We almost hit a car when
the bus was trying to overtake another car.
3. Apart from that, Mr. Paul Anding, our tour guide was not well-informed of our trip
to the Similajau National Park. He cannot explained to us on the diverse biodiversity
found at the national park. To make matter worse, the tour programme was also
badly planned. On the day we arrived at the park, we missed our dinner because the
catering was not informed on the expected time of our arrival. Thus, many of us had
to eat instant noodle and junk food while waiting for our food to be ready.
5. We hope the agency takes immediate action to improve the poor services of your
agency. We also hope that your agency can give a half refund to us because the
promised services did not meet our agreed agreement.
